How do I make an order?
Visit our global team section of this website and select your nearest location to contact your local Desert Diamonds Distributor directly by email or phone to view product and/or place an order.
If your country is not listed, contact us to make an enquiry or place an order directly with our head office in Bangkok. We will happily ship internationally to most locations.
You can also place view and purchase the collection online through our online shop
Are all the collections in the on line catalog available from my local authorized distributor?
Your local Desert Diamonds Distributor will be able to access all of the items in our on line catalog, though they may not have all items from the on line catalog in stock. Should your local distributor not stock an item that you want from the on line catalog, the item can be placed on back order for you, and you will be given an estimated arrival date from your distributor. You will always have the option to cancel your order of such an item if you would rather not wait.
Your Desert Diamonds Distributor may also stock his/her own designs that are not advertised on our website. If you have something special in mind, ask your Desert Diamonds Distributor directly.
Are the prices through my local authorized distributor the same as the prices that are advertised on your on line catalog on the website?
DD Global Ltd provides all Authorized Distributors with a recommended guideline for retail pricing. However, prices from individual distributors may vary from the exact recommended retail price due to a number of factors, including, advertised features or specials, volume buying discounts being passed on to customers, varying import duties and taxes, and various economies of scale on shipping and transportation costs.
On the whole, most of our Authorized Distributors are able to offer their customers a price advantage when compared to our on line catalog pricing, due to various economies of scale.
If you have a Desert Diamonds Distributor in your area, we recommend contacting her first for price comparison, prior to buying on line.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact your Desert Diamonds Distributor by telephone or email as soon as possible, and she will be able to advise you the stage of your order.
We will do everything we can to accommodate your request. However, if your order cannot be cancelled, when you receive it and are still unhappy with it, simply return it to your Desert Diamonds Distributor according to our 30 day money back return policy (conditions apply). Custom-made pieces cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced.
Custom-made pieces or pieces that have been altered in any way (including resized rings) can only be cancelled within 3 days from when your order was placed.
How can I return or exchange my Desert Diamonds jewelry purchase?
In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your Desert Diamonds jewelry purchase, we offer a 30-day guarantee. Jewelry will be accepted for refund, credit or exchange only if returned in perfect condition, unused and in original packaging within 30 days of receipt to the Desert Diamonds Distributor you purchased it from (conditions apply).
We offer a life-time guarantee on the quality of our stones and a 60 day guarantee against manufacturing defects, under normal wear conditions (conditions apply). Please refer to our guarantee for our full returns policy and the process for returning goods. Please note, any items claimed under our guarantee must be sent back to the Desert Diamonds Distributor you purchased the item from. If the distributor you purchased the item from is no longer a Desert Diamonds Distributor, please contact DD Global Ltd head office directly.
Custom-made pieces, or special orders, cannot be returned if you have simply changed your mind.

How do I care for my Desert Diamonds jewelry?
To clean your Desert Diamonds jewelry, use a mild solution of 6 parts water to one part ammonia and apply with a very soft non-metallic bristled brush. Professional cleaning and servicing (which includes checking the setting and prongs) is highly recommended at least once a year. Refer also to jewelry care.
How can I find out my ring size?
If you are not sure of your size contact your nearest Desert Diamonds Distributor for assistance, or pop into your local jewelry store. You can also look at our ring sizing tips section of our website.
If your ring size is not listed, your ring will need to be made by special order. Please allow 6-8 weeks for this service.
