Our Guarantee and Returns Policy
Desert Diamonds – what women want® jewelry is guaranteed as follows:
1. Our simulants
The simulants used in Desert Diamonds - what women want® jewelry are guaranteed for a lifetime to retain their radiance, and will be replaced for discoloration or loss of brilliance under normal wear.
2. Manufacturing guarantee
Desert Diamonds – what women want® jewelry product is guaranteed against defects due to original workmanship for 60 days from the date of the original purchase. If another jeweler undertakes the repair of the Product this guarantee will be void.
The guarantee provides coverage for defects in manufacturing only (based upon DD Global Ltd or, the Distributor’s inspection and sole determination) and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse.
Jewelry product covered by our guarantee will be repaired and returned to the customer free of charge. If it is determined that the item cannot be repaired, a replacement or product credit will be provided.
Conditions:
- All shipping costs to return product to the Desert Diamonds – what women want® and/or to the Authorized Distributor, as well as any import duties and taxes incurred for repair items shall be borne by the customer.
- Desert Diamonds Authorized Distributor and /or DD Global Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage of goods whilst in transit.
- Items damaged due to customer negligence will not be accepted for exchange or credit but can be repaired by DD Global Ltd (a charge applies and return shipping is at the customer’s expense – see Repairs & Services below).
- Items showing evidence of additional workmanship from other jewelers (engraving, alterations, ring resizing, etc) are not covered by the manufacturing guarantee.

- Please click on the validate warranty section of the website to register your purchase with Desert Diamonds if you have purchased through an Desert Diamonds Authorized Distributor.
RETURNS POLICY
Domestic Customers (Thailand) or Customers who have purchased directly through their local Distributor: In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your Desert Diamonds – what women want® jewelry purchase, we offer a 30-day guarantee. Jewelry will be accepted for refund, credit or exchange only if returned in perfect condition, unused and in original packaging within 30 days of receipt.
Returned orders over US$500 are subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the value of the returned item/s.
Conditions:
- Earrings cannot be return due to Health Regulations.
- Items showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Items returned with evidence of wear (small scratches or dirt) or additional workmanship from other jewelers will be returned at the sender’s expense.
- We are unable to extend this policy to items that have been supplied through "SpecialOrder" or "Custom Order", however, these items if found faulty are covered by our Product Guarantee (see above).
- Gift recipients are entitled to an exchange or a non-refundable credit only.
- Desert Diamonds Authorized Distributor and DD Global Ltd are not liable for any loss or damage of goods whilst in transit.
- We cannot refund the original delivery charge.
- All shipping costs to Desert Diamonds Authorized Distributors, as well as any taxes incurred shall be borne by the customer.
- Refunds will be provided, when requested, less the original postage charge and any bank/merchant fees incurred for the sale transaction.
- We are unable to extend the Customer Satisfaction Returns Policy to items from our DD925 Sterling Silver, DD925 18K Finish, and Simply Gems Collections.
International Customers buying On Line: Unfortunately, we are unable to extend our Customer Satisfaction Return Policy to international orders due to Customs restrictions and excessive import charges (for example, 20% import duty to return items to Thailand). International orders are, however, covered by our Jewelry Guarantee (see above).
Returns procedure
To return or exchange your jewelry selection, follow these steps:
- Contact DD Global Ltd or your Desert Diamonds Distributor via email stating your name, contact details, order number and reason for returning the merchandise. We will advise the return address and confirm returns procedure.
- Print our Return Request Form (see link below) and complete all information.
- Return the shipment via a track-able courier service (eg Fed Ex, EMS). Items should be returned with all original packaging and promotional material, and insured for loss or damage whilst in transit. DD Global Ltd and/or Desert Diamonds Distributors are not liable for any loss or damage of goods whilst in transit. Please do not state contents of shipment as jewelry, diamonds or similar, as this will draw possible attention to theft of the package. We suggest you describe shipment as "fashion accessories".
